 Karolis recently finished 2 bathroom renovations for us and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. Plumbing, painting, panelling, electrics, tiling and more all to a super high standard and within his guided timelines.  I would like to thank Bathrooms Only for the fantastic luxury bathroom upgrade.  Karolis first provided 3D models showing the vision and offered a great deal of advice through the process. He was able to tackle everything this complex job required including building out the false wall to hide all the plumbing, electrics for the shower, mirror, toilet and lighting, and careful installation of all the brassware. Not to mention excellent quality tile work with large format tiles, wood effect panels with built-in niches and shelves, plus many, many expertly mitred edges.  Everybody who has seen the room so far has commented how amazing it looks. Communication was honest and  clear throughout with clear guidance on time involved with different  options. Karolis gave a competitive quote and was able to start quickly. We were  quite particular about some details but Karolis worked hard to ensure we  were happy.  Despite the bathroom being more complex and taking longer Karolis stuck  his original price.  Overall very happy with the work, the tiling was excellent as was the finish.

 Karolis was willing to go the extra mile even coming back multiple times  when we changed our mind about a particular fitting and a supplier  messed up an order.  The tiling is perfect and attention to detail  excellent. We are extremely pleased with the final result.  It feels  very luxurious.

 I contacted Karolis just after the Christmas break and needed a wet room  tiled for a refurbishment project with very short notice, following a  cancellation from another tiler.  Karolis was able to move things around to help me out and provided a  fantastic all round service. He was knowledgable, experienced enough to  point out a few issues with the room, rather than moaning he simply  rectified them for me and got on wth the job.   An excellent finish delivered with a professional service.   

 Karolis is incredibly professional and completed a full bathroom refit  to a high design spec on time (2.5 weeks from start to finish) and on  budget. He is extremely easy to work with, good communication, honest  & trustworthy. He provided great advice on the right fittings to  buy, really supported the unusual wet room design & showed high  attention to the smallest of details to give an incredible 5* finish.  Will be hiring again for my kitchen renovation. 1st class service  & a recent decent guy.

 Karolis started 4 days after the original quote as the job was urgent.  The job was done to time, budget and a very high  standard. Overall a  high quality of work with some nice design features. Highly recommended  and would certainly use him again 

 I heard about rated people through a friend and so decided to give it a  go. Karolis called immediately and was quoting at my flat the next day.  The quote was fairly priced and arrived that eve. He came up with some  great ideas for the bathroom and he has now just completed it. It looks  absolutely amazing and has surpassed all my expectations.  Sorry to be leaving feedback so late after the job was finished. Just a  quick note to say that Karolis did a fantastic job and went the extra  mile to complete everything over the Christmas break. I am very pleased  to have found such a craftsman and will remember him for future jobs.  The tiles, grout and sealant still look great.
